Our Story
What began in 2014 as just a weekend food truck now includes a storefront location with online ordering/carry-out/take-out & catering. MASA Empanadas are also available frozen in some local markets.
A Colombian Tradition
MASA is the culmination of Robert Carnoske’s 30 years of service industry experiences and deep family roots in Colombia. As a child Robert and his family would travel to Colombia to visit his mothers family every summer. Colombia is the home of so many unique and flavorful dishes but empanadas always stood out as a favorite street food.
More Than Just Empanadas
At MASA, our menu goes beyond tradition offering a variety of both classic and inventive empanadas to suit every taste. We also serve customer favorites like Bacon Bombs, Cuban sandwiches, and Arepas, with gluten-free and vegan options available. Hosting a party or event? Our large orders, pick-up trays, and food truck services make feeding a crowd simple and delicious.
